I have had a giddiness problem for a long time and have visited multiple doctors. Dr Chavan patiently heard my issues and carried out a thorough examination. The treatment has worked wonders. I am extremely happy with the way she approached my problem. Would highly recommend her.
Consulted the doctor for my ear problem. Found her to be extremely efficient with her examination and treatment. Her treatment gave quick relief. It helped me avoid multiple visits to the hospital. The doctor was very considerate. Will definitely recommend her for ENT issues.
I visited first time to the doctor on 13.5.2021. My Experience is not good at all, as I can admit for consultation charges whatever. But what I really didn't like her or say hospitals policy ** *** ******* after the procedure is over. I specifically went to remove the wax of my son and has paid fees of rs 1500 for the same to the doctor, but she charged again 1000 labeling procedure charges which she told after the procedure was over. I condemn this type of policy. As 'first let the work done then charge the patient". They should strictly display about the same or should inform to pay first then procedure. I will not recommend Dr. Kashmira as well as Hiranandani Hospital for their wrong policy they are using.

We went to hiranandani yday to consult her. After waiting for more than 45 minutes even after booking an appointment, the doctor ended up spending less that 10 minutes to check, hardly giving any time to explain medicinal terms, ended up doing a procedure to check her throat without explaining what it means and is not part of the consultation fees. Also, She needs to be more empathetic and polite to their patients.

I had blockage in my ear due to swimming. Doctor promptly helped me remove the trapped water and wax from the infected ear. Not just the infected ear, she cleaned up the other ear as well. She was very patient while answering my queries. She suggested an ear drop and an anti allergic medicine to curb the infection in the ear. Overall it was a really satisfactory visit. Can't thank her enough for the immediate relief and help.

Last week I was suffering from throat infection and visited this doctor. I have paid 1000Rs for consultation and she have given me just 5 min for treatment and medical detailing. With in this 5 Min 3 min she was busy on phone *** ******** ** **** ***** **** *** ****** ******* ****** *** ******** *********** ** *** *** ****** *** now I am going to visit new doctor.
My experience is not good with her. Not worth to pay 1000Rs as fee for consultation.
